As always while painting, the process for me is quite meditative. My spirit felt quite unleashed while I painted “Untethered”. This painting was created during a period of great reflection and release of my mind and soul. While I worked with the pours and textures, I seemed to find more and more of the ocean’s gems; they too became untethered as they roamed the depths of Mother Sea on my canvas.
